TERMS OF SERVICE
==================================================

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These terms apply to everything you book or buy on ssoulclub.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ssoulclub.com is run by Mimo Collective L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Ssoul Club. Registered address: Business Center, Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE. Contact: hello@ssoulclub.com

2. What we offer

Ssoul Club offers retreats, workshops, events and digital products focused on wellbeing, movement, meditation and breathwork. Descriptions, programmes and photos on the site are given in good faith. Small details (schedule, menu, teachers, room allocation) may change for reasons outside our control.

3. Booking and payment

Your place is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Early-bird prices apply only until the date shown on the product page.

If you choose to pay half now, the remaining balance will be invoiced by email and is due by the date stated on the product page. If the balance isn't paid on time, we may release your place under our Return and Refund Policy.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, refunds and transfers are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Because our retreats and workshops take place on specific dates, the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to some online purchases does not apply to them. For digital products, you agree that delivery starts immediately and that the right of withdrawal ends once you access or download the content.

5. Your health and participation

Our experiences include physical and inner practices such as yoga, movement, breathwork, meditation, cold or heat exposure and hiking. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace professional care.

Before booking, please check with your doctor if you are pregnant, have a medical or mental health condition, or have any doubt about taking part. You agree to tell us about anything relevant in the intake form, to listen to your body, and to step out of any practice that doesn't feel right. You take part at your own responsibility.

6. Conduct

We keep our spaces safe and respectful. We may ask anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or seriously disrupts the group to leave, without a refund.

7. Travel and insurance

Unless the product page says otherwise, travel to and from the venue is your responsibility. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation, health and personal belongings.

8. Photos and content

We may take photos or videos during our experiences. We will ask for your consent before using any image where you can be recognised. You can tell us at any time if you don't want to appear.

All content we share (workbooks, recordings, digital products, texts) is for your personal use only. Please don't copy, resell or share it without our written permission.

9. Liability

We take great care in organising every experience. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, for events outside our control (such as extreme weather, illness, travel disruption or official restrictions), or for loss of or damage to personal belongings. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY]. If you are a consumer, you also keep any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
